Garage door emergency? We answer 24 hours.
Stuck open with the house exposed, stuck shut with the car inside, or hanging crooked off the track — call any hour, day or night, and the owner picks up.

Signs it’s this
- Door won’t close and the house is open
- Spring snapped with the car inside
- Door came off the track or is hanging crooked
- Door slammed down or dropped on its own
- Opener stuck running or door stuck halfway
- Door hit by a car
What counts as an emergency
Anything that leaves your home open, your car trapped, or the door in a state where it could fall. If you are not sure, call and describe it; Brandon will tell you straight whether it can wait for morning.
- Doors stuck open overnight — secured or closed
- Broken springs with a vehicle inside
- Doors off the track or jammed crooked
- Snapped cables and dropped doors
- Openers stuck on, stuck off, or grinding
- Impact damage from a car or a storm
What to do while you wait
Keep people, pets and cars clear of the door. Do not pull the red release cord on a door with a broken spring; the door can drop. Do not keep pressing the opener button; that is how gears strip and top sections bend. If the door is open and you need to leave, we will tell you on the phone how to secure it.
Car stuck inside?
Say so when you call. That changes how we plan the visit, and it is the most common reason people ring after dark.

Common questions
Yes. It is Brandon’s phone, and 24-hour emergency service is printed on the truck for a reason. If a call goes to voicemail he is on another line; leave a message and you will hear back.
Ask when you call and you will get the answer before anything is agreed. Estimates are free at any hour.
You can, but the garage and often the house are open. Call and we will either come out or walk you through securing it until morning.
Please don’t. A two-car door can weigh a couple hundred pounds without the spring carrying it. Leave it down and call.
