Stuck, crooked, noisy or dented — we find what actually failed and fix that, with a free estimate before any work starts.

Signs it’s this
- Door sticks, drags or stops partway
- Crooked or jumped the track
- A section is dented or cracked
- Grinding, squealing or banging
- Bottom seal torn or frozen to the floor
- Door came off the rollers
What we repair
Everything on the door itself and the hardware that moves it.
- Doors off the track or jammed
- Damaged, dented or rotted sections — replaced, not the whole door
- Worn rollers, hinges and bottom brackets
- Bent track and loose hardware
- Bottom seals, weather stripping and frozen doors
- Noisy doors: lubricated, tightened, adjusted
Why Lansing doors break the way they do
Road salt eats the bottom section and brackets. Freeze-thaw ices the seal to the slab, and forcing the opener over it is how sections get cracked. We see the same failures every winter and carry the parts for them.
Door out of its track?
Stop using it. A door off its rollers can drop without warning. Keep the car and the kids clear and call.

Common questions
Usually, when the rest of the door is sound and the section is still made. We’ll tell you honestly when a full replacement is the better money.
Don’t hit the opener again — that’s how gears strip and top sections bend. Pour warm water along the seal, and if it still won’t move, call.
It’s a warning. Worn rollers and dry hinges are cheap to fix now and expensive once they take a cable or the opener with them.
If the sections and track are straight and the door is under about 20 years old, repair is usually right. If it’s rusted through at the bottom or it’s been hit hard, we’ll show you both numbers.
