Estimates
Estimates are free, on repairs and on new doors. We look at the door, tell you what it needs, and give you the number before any work starts.
Quotes and pricing
You approve the price before we start. If we find something genuinely unexpected once the work is open, we stop and tell you rather than adding to the bill.
Parts
Doors, openers and hardware carry their manufacturer’s warranty. If something we installed gives you trouble, call us first and we will sort out who covers what.
Scheduling
Tell us as early as you can if you need to move or cancel a visit. If we ever have to move a visit, we will call first.
Access and safety
We need clear access to the door, the tracks and the opener, and the garage cleared of cars and people while the door is off its springs. If a door or site is unsafe we will stop and explain why.
Payment
Due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
